Senior Sales Associate, Laika Michelle Dacalos, believes to live in gratitude for every situation for there is something to learn from everyone and everything, and her success has proved that this is true.

A native of the Philippines, Laika moved to San Francisco at the age of seven with her family before moving to Staten Island, New York and then Iselin, New Jersey.  At the age of seventeen, she moved to NYC for college and earned her degree from New York University’s Ehrenkranz School of Social Work.   Since that time, she has searched for and lived in apartments throughout the New York Metropolitan Area and also lived shortly in the Metro Manila area in the Philippines where she worked as a Performing Artist.

With an educational and extensive work background in Social Work, such as working for the WTC Family Assistance Center after the September 11th 2001 attacks where she worked with families of the deceased and severely traumatized victims, she approaches her customers with individualized attention and service by sticking to the age-old Social Work credo of “starting where the client is at.”

Laika is recognized amongst her colleagues as a visionary and a creative, lateral thinker with an exceptional entrepreneurial talent. Rich with experience and knowledge from being a Performing Arts to being an Entrepreneur starting Small Businesses, she is able to empathize with “compassion, great communication skills, unbelievable patience, and loyalty,” with each customer and situation to deliver results for their desired needs.
