Recognized as one of the company’s 25 top-producing agents in 2005 at Citi Habitats, in New York City, I also held the company’s record of shortest time between accepted offer and closing (23 days). I help manage my clients’, agents' and customers' expectations from our first conversation. I’m organized, honest, patient, and tenacious.
Due to my tenacity, honesty and willingness to help the agents around me, I was promoted to Sales Manager--one of 6 in a company of 700+ agents after just 2.5 short years at Citi-Habitats. My goal in 2007 was to have the top sales office by the end of the year and in September of 2007, I was promoted to the Top Sales office!
After 4 great years at Citi Habitats, I became the Sales Manager at TREGNY (The Real Estate Group New York). I brought organization to the company and the management team, established a curriculum for the ongoing training program both for new agents and for agents getting into Sales. I established structure in an industry that is widely known for not having much at all--both for the company and for the agents.
Now at Ross Realty International, I teach my newer agents how a sale is done--thoroughly and HONESTLY. And for my more seasoned agents, I am there to push them to the next level by getting them out of their comfort zone and by holding them accountable for their business goals.
I spent the past year (November 2008-September 2009) traveling Europe and exploring a portion of the other side of the world--Australia and New Zealand. I am a true believer that one must follow his or her dreams--THAT is the definition of success. I'm always open to new possibilities and adventures--as a businesswoman and a student of life.
